Introduction: How to Make Golden Milk Latte?
This vegan golden milk latte is lightly sweet but very low in sugar, and is the perfect way to unwind before bed. It’s packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, and is a beautiful soft golden color.
Step 1: Ingredients
½ Can coconut cream
⅓ Cup filtered water
1 ½ Tsp organic ground turmeric powder
½ Teaspoon cinnamon
½ Teaspoon ginger powder
¼ Teaspoon cardamom powder
¼ Tsp monkfruit powder or sweetener of choice (honey, agave)
Pinch of salt
14 Pumps of Golden Mind
Step 2:
In a pan, heat coconut cream with water until bubbles form on the sides (you do not want to bring it to full boil)
Step 3:
Transfer warm coconut milk to blender
Step 4:
Add in all of your spices (except golden mind) & blend until smooth
Step 5:
Pour into favorite mug
Step 6:
Top with 14 pumps of Golden Mind
Step 7:
Option to sprinkle a little salt and cinnamon on top if you choose
