Step 1: Black Chart Paper

Take a black chart paper.

Step 2: Measurement

Now take a measurement of 9cm and make a square.

Step 3: Strip

Take a 5cm broad strip.

Step 4: Cutting

Cut the strip with distance of 2cm and then roll it.

Step 5: Stapler

With the help of a stapler, staple the chart paper.

Step 6: Pasting

With the help of UHU, paste the square piece on it.

Step 7: Tassel

Now make a hole in center and pass the tassel from it.

Step 8: Graduation Cap
