Supplies
Material: 1.3mm two-tone ABS sheet gold to green
Laser head: standard head
Laser engraving machine: Thunder Bolt Pro32 55watt
Step 1: Setting Parameters:
Processing Mode:
Engraving speed: 1500mm/s
Engraving power: 15%
Engraving passes: 3
Cutting speed: 40mm/s
Cutting power: 60%
Why engrave it 3 times at high speed and low power? Well, we don’t want the ABS turning into a warped potato chip. So to keep the laser signs flat, don't set the opposite parameters!
You can also draw on CorelDraw and then click on the laser plug-in to switch to the laser software. Set the appropriate parameters on the laser software and click Download to transfer the design to your laser engraving machine.
