Here we will use ic 4017 decade counter ic...Also we use a RGB colour changing led,which is the heart of the circuit...the RGB led act as a trigger f0or ic 555...

4. 9V BATTERY WITH BATTERY CAP

5. SMALL PCB

6. 470 OHMS RESISTOR

7. 16 PIN IC BASE (OPTIONAL)
