Introduction: How to Make Over Water Flow Alarm Circuit Using Z44N MOSFET
Today I am going to make a circuit of over flow water alarm.Basically this circuit we can use to know the over flow of water of our water tank.we will make this project using IRFZ44N MOSFET.
Let's get started,
Step 1: Take All Components As Shown Below
Components required -
(1.) Buzzer x1
(2.) MOSFET - IRFZ44N x1
(3.) Connecting wires
(4.) Battery - 9V x1
(5.) Battery clipper x1
Step 2: IRFZ44N MOSFET
This picture shows the pins of this MOSFET.
G - Gate
D - Drain and
S - Source
Step 3: Connect Buzzer to Mosfet
Firstly we have to connect buzzer to the MOSFET.
Solder -ve pin of buzzer to Drain pin of the MOSFET as solder in the picture.
Step 4: Connect Battery Clipper Wire
Next solder Battery clipper to the circuit as shown in the picture.
Solder +ve pin of the Battery clipper to the +ve pin of buzzer and
solder -ve pin of battery clipper to Source pin of the MOSFET.
Step 5: Connect Wires
Now we have to connect wires in the circuit.
Solder a wire to the Drain pin of the MOSFET and
again solder a wire to the Gate pin of the MOSFET as solder in the picture.
Step 6: Circuit Is Ready
Now our circuit is ready so connect battery to the battery clipper and
Put wires of Drain and Gate in the upper side of tank and fill water.
Step 7: How Circuit Works
As water will be full contact to the wire then buzzer will start giving sound.
and we can do silent of buzzer by opening the battery.
This type we can make over flow water alarm circuit.
