2 ft. of 1/2" 40 schedule sprinkler PVC
Duct Tape
Sharp Hand Saw (at the very least)
5 Pennies
Electrical Tape (optional)

Step 1: Step 1

Cut the PVC pipe in the following lengths (corresponding notes)
     6 1/16" (C)
     5 3/8" (D)
     4 3/4" (E)
     3 15/16" (G)
     3 7/16" (A)

(Electrical tape cover is optional)

Step 2: Step 2

Using the duct tape, seal the 5 pennies over one of the ends of the 5 sections.

Step 3: Step 3

After making sure the tops of the sections are flush with each other, wrap duct tape tightly around the sections a few times. To get the best sound, blow forcefully directly in the top of the pipes.
