I love to party, but party decorations can be sooo expensive. ( Or I'm just being dramatic. ; ) ) So why not make your own decorations, with only household material!

Supplies

~ Wire

~ Paper ( I used tissue paper, but you can use regular paper. Just make sure its thin. )

~ GLITTER!!!!!!!! ( Optinal )

~ Glue

~ Scissors

Step 1: - Making the Streamers -

First, take your wire and steach it out. Then roll it into a small loop. Then let it spring out, if it isn't springing out give it a little stretch.

Step 2: _ the Paper _

Then take your tissue paper and cut it into stirps veritcaly. ( Or horazontaly, but vertical is recomended ) Use one color or mulitples. DO NOT MAKE IT PERFECT!!!! The imperfections is what gives it flare, you can even use special scissors with zig-zags or waves.

Step 3: I Put It Together I

Now, take one strip of the paper and fold it up. Then poke it through the wire all the way to the top, make sure the it doesn't go off of the wire.

Step 4: II Continue II

Repete this step, if you want use different colors to give your streamer flare.

Step 5: | Fluff It |

Fluff up the paper, making sure that it dosen't show the wire beneath, or let they wire show through giving a pop of color to your streamer. Rip the paper if needed, but make sure to not rip the spot were it holds onto the wire.

Step 6: || Secure ||

Next take glue ( The stronger the better ) and place it onto both ends of the wire. This makes sure that the paper dosen't slipp off. Or you can loop the wire into a hook, either way works fine.

Step 7: \ DON"T TOUCH \

Don't touch it or breath on it or look at it.

Step 8: \\ Careful Now.......\\

Now that the glue is partaly dry take a hook, string, or nail/screw or stick and place it into the glue. This will allow you to hang it depending on what you use.

Step 9: L Enjoy! I

Now that everything is completely dryed hang your streamers and watch them spin and twirl! Feel free to add glitter were ever, or just keep it original! : D
