Step 1:

Hello!

I made a soft headboard for the bed. It's easy to make and does not require many professional tools.

I needed the following materials:

- Plywood 1400*1000*12 mm

- Sheet of foam rubber 1200*2000*30 mm

- Sintepon 1000*2000*10 mm

- Fabric 2 pieces 1400*1000 mm

- Timber 1500*20*40 mm 5 pcs

- Spunbond fabric

- Adhesive for foam rubber Sintex

Step 2:

I drew a pattern on plywood and cut it with a circular saw.

Step 3:

Foam rubber cut out according to the details template. I glued the foam rubber with a special glue for foam rubber.

Step 4:

I covered the finished panels with padding polyester to round the corners of the foam rubber.

Step 5:

Then I covered the panels with fabric.

Step 6:

Upholstered panels with spunbond from the back. I made a frame from a bar, and fixed soft panels on it.

Step 7:

Along the perimeter of the frame, I launched an LED strip. A bunch of glow modes and is controlled from a mobile phone. If you feel like it, you can do the same :)

Step 8:

The headboard is ready and can be installed.

Thanks for attention! :)
