Introduction: How to Make Sugar-Free Lemonade
Low calorie lemonade sweetened with a natural, 0-calorie sweetener (Truvia). Refreshing on a hot summer day and won't add sugar to your diet.
Step 1: What You Will Need
- 2 lemons
- Cutting board
- Water
- Lemon squeezer
- Truvia (2 packets)
- Knife
- Spoon
- Measuring cup
- Ice
- Glass
- Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Step 2: Cut Lemons
Put both lemons on the cutting board and cut in half using the knife.
Step 3: Squeeze Lemons
Put a lemon halve (cut side down) into the lemon squeezer and squeeze juice directly into the glass. Repeat this step with all 4 lemon halves.
Step 4: Add Water
Measure 1 cup of water and pour into the glass with the lemon juice.
Step 5: Add Truvia
Add 2 packets of Truvia to the lemon and water mixture.
Step 6: Stir
Stir until the Truvia is dissolved (about 30 seconds).
Step 7: Add Ice
Add the desired amount of ice to your glass of lemonade.
Step 8: Garnish (Optional)
If you have enough lemon, cut a slice and place on the rim of your glass as a garnish. Or put in your glass for extra lemon flavor.
Step 9: Clean Up
Throw away lemon peels and Truvia packets and wipe up any mess that was made.
Step 10: Enjoy
Enjoy the refreshing lemonade that you just made!
