Introduction: How to Make Swedish Choclate Balls.

Chocolate Balls are a Swedish delicacy. One that should be known by every baker.

Supplies

100 g Butter

1 deciliter sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

3 tablespoon cocoa

3 deciliters oats

3 tablespoons coffee

1 deciliter Pearl Sugar

Step 1: Melt Butter in a Saucepan

Melt all of the butter in a saucepan so it can be used in the mix.

Step 2: Mix Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Coco, Oats, Coffee and Butter.

You may use your hands or a spoon to mix depending on if your ok with getting messy.

Step 3: Put the Mix in the Refrigerator

Put the mix in the refrigerator for about an hour to solidify it and make it easier to mold.

Step 4: Form the Chocolate Balls Out of the Chilled Mix

Apply pressure to the chocolate balls and mold them into circular balls.

Step 5: Lather Them in Pearl Sugar and Enjoy!

Take your pearl sugar and roll the balls over it which will stick them to it.
