How to Make Wire Tripper Security Alarm Circuit

Hii friend,

Today I am going to make a circuit for Wire Tripper security alarm using 12V Relay.if someone cut the wire then buzzer will give sound and LED will be glowing.

Let's get started,

Step 1: Materials Required -

Components required -

(1.) Relay -12V x1

(2.) Buzzer x1

(3.) Connecting wires x1

(4.) Battery - 9V x1

(5.) Battery clipper x1

(6.) Resistor - 220 ohm x1

(7.) LED - 3V x1

Step 2: Connect Pins of Relay

Firstly we have to Connect common pin and coil-2 pin of the Relay as solder in the picture.

Step 3: Connect Buzzer to the Relay

Next solder +ve pin of buzzer to Normally Close (NO) pin of the relay as you can see in the picture.

Step 4: Connect 220 Ohm Resistor

Next solder 220 ohm resistor to +ve leg of LED as solder in the picture.

Step 5: Connect LED to the Circuit

Next Solder +ve leg of LED to +ve pin of buzzer and

Solder -ve leg of LED to -ve pin of buzzer as you can see in the picture.

Step 6: Connect Battery Clipper Wire

Next we have to connect battery clipper wire to the circuit.

Solder +ve wire of battery clipper to coil-2/common pin of the Relay and

Solder -ve wire of battery clipper to -ve pin of buzzer as you can see in the picture.

Step 7: Connect Wire Between Buzzer -ve Pin to Coil-1 Pin of Relay

Next solder a wire from -ve pin of buzzer to coil-1 pin of the Relay as you can see in the picture.

Step 8: Connect Battery and Cut the Wire

Now wire tripper security alarm circuit project is completed so connect battery to the Battery clipper and cut the wire which is connected between -ve pin of buzzer to coil-1 pin of the Relay.

Step 9: Result

As we will cut the wire then LED will glowing and buzzer will give sound.

This type we can make circuit of wire tripper security alarm using Relay.
