This short tutorial shows you how to cut your HTV (heat transfer vinyl) using Cricut Design Space and adhere onto the oh so popular Dollar Tree elves. Perfect for Elf on the Shelf fun!

Step 1: Step 1

Open Cricut Design Space and enter your desired text (this font is Go Canada!)

Step 2: Step 2

Cut your HTV vinyl

*Make sure you are cutting on the iron-on setting and to mirror your image

Step 3: Step 3

Weed your piece and trim off excess backing

Step 4: Step 4

Position your iron on piece where you want it

Use a hair straightener or regular iron to adhere to the elf. Apply pressure for approximately 10 seconds.

Pull the clear backing off to see the results

Step 5: Step 5

Voila! Now you have a super cute personalized elf.
