STEP 1: Finding a Sutable Lawn Mower Blade and Cutting Out Your Design.

This is the first step you are going to want to get a lawn mower blade and then your going to want to cut out the general shape of the blade.

Why did you not do all of the metal working, cutting, grinding and polishing before hardening the blade? Also, having annealed the blade, would it not be easier to use a jig saw to cut out the profile?
