Step 1: Making a Duplet

A duplet is created using two balloons. Inflate 2 balloons and tie them tightly to secure. See video.

Step 2: Making a Quad

To make a Quad is created using 2 duplets. Take 2 duplets and twist them together to create a quad. See video .
