How to Make a Fishtail Bracelet Using Your Fingers

This instructable will teach you how to make a fishtail bracelet with only your fingers!

Step 1: Gather Materials

To begin the creation of your fishtail bracelet, you will need rainbow loom rubber bands. You can choose any colors or patterns of your liking.

Step 2: Loop

Grab one rubber band and create a loop and place each loop on one finger, most comfortably on fingers right next to each other.

Step 3: Three Rubber Bands

After the initial loop, make another exactly like it on top with a separation of about one centimeter. Next, grab another rubber band, do NOT loop it and place it above the other two with a one centimeter separation.

Step 4: Begin Braiding Process

Now that you have your materials in place, take the first rubber band that was looped and take one side, bring it over your finger, and let it fall to the middle. Repeat this on both sides.

Step 5: Repeat

After completing step four, repeat this step for the rest of the bracelet and make sure to NOT loop any more bands.

Step 6: Clip and Ready to Go

Once you have made your bracelet the length desired, grab both ends of the bracelet and connect them with a rubber band clip.

Step 7: Done!
