How to Make a Minecraft Ender Dragon Head

Intro: How to Make a Minecraft Ender Dragon Head

MATERIALS

- Large piece of cardboard

- Plywood

- Black paint

- Fairy lights (optional)

- Purple cellophane or Purple paint

- Gold paint or gold pen

- Black pen or sharpie

- Cutting knife

- Jigsaw

STEP 1: CUT 6 SQUARES

With a large piece of cardboard, cut out 25 x 25 cm squares

STEP 2: CUTTING EYES

With one of your previously cut squares, draw some eyes, you can either cut them out and put purple cellophane or keep them drawn on and paint them on later

STEP 3: GLUE THE BOX

Using hot glue, connect your squares into a box

STEP 4: SNOUT

Cut out the 2 images above, make sure that the second image is longer than the first one. This is going to be the snout

STEP 5: EARS

Using cardboard, cut out the image above twice, these will the ears. Make the same shape but much smaller twice, this will be the nose

STEP 6: ATTACH SNOUT AND EARS

With the previously made snout and ears, connect them to the box you made as shown (although not shown, also connect the nose now. you can see faintly the lines on the snout where you connect the nose)

STEP 7: CUT THE PLAQUE (OPTIONAL)

Using a large piece of plywood, cut out a shield shape. We used a finish on it to make it look nice. If you wanted, you can also weather it

STEP 8: PAINT

Using black paint, I painted the entire head, you may have to remove some pieces to paint them properly

STEP 9: CUT a HATCH (optional)

In the back of the dragon cut a hatch, only do this if you planned on putting the lights inside, this will be covered later

STEP 10: INSERT THE CELLOPHANE

If you cut out the eyes, insert some purple cellophane

STEP 11: INSERT LIGHTS (optional)

If you cut out the eyes, insert some fairy lights, or LED's, depending on what you have. I have a small hatch in front of the battery pack so i can access the switch

STEP 12: FINISHING TOUCHES

Cut out a small piece of cardboard, and get your golden pen or paint and paint it completely, then write "Ender Dragon" on it. stick the dragon head on the shield, after that stick your golden plate on it. Now you've finished!
