Supplies

You will need:

  1. A Pen
  2. Two rubber bands (one thick and one small)
  3. Scissors
  4. Pliers (optional)

Step 1: Take Apart the Pen

This should be easy, except for the top and bottom pieces. This is where pliers are helpful, but other methods are out there that aren't covered here.

Step 2: Reassemble

Put the top piece back onto the pen barrel. It should fit snug.

Step 3: Cut One Rubber Band

Cut the thick rubber band so you have an elastic strip.

Step 4: Secure the Rubber Band

Hold the rubber band on the pen as shown on the left, then secure it with your small rubber band.

Step 5: Add the Pen Lid

Poke your scissors through the top of the pen lid and bore it out so you have a hollow tube. Then, attach it back to the pen.

Step 6: Done!

You finished! The ink cartridge is your ammunition. To fire, drop in the ink cartridge into the pen barrel and get it though the bottom piece. Pull back while the rubber band is on the back of the ink cartridge, and release! Good luck finding your ammo.
