Yes, their website was hacked, held for ransom, and shut down several years ago. The new website is toymakingplans.com.

can you stick it on with a glue stick?

Glue sticks will hold the pattern fine during cutting, but it can be a bit difficult to remove the pattern afterward, especially if you leave it on for longer than an hour or so. You may need to use mineral spirits or sand off the residue. Many scrollers use a spray adhesive, but I find that really messy to apply and the longer the pattern stays on the wood, the more difficult it is to remove. Another alternative is sticker paper designed for computer printers. Some people put clear packing tape over the wood first, and then apply the pattern to make it easier to remove.
