Introduction: How to Make a Protein Shake to Help You Get Gains!

Have you ever wanted to get swole and gain muscle, this will help.

Supplies

 Blender, Half a Banana peeled , One cup of milk, ½ a cup of Protein Powder, One handful of Ice, and One tablespoon of peanut butter( if you are allergic to any of the items in this shake don't put it in the shake).

Step 1: The Starting Point

Pour in Milk, Ice, and  Protein Powder into the open blender and put on the blender lid, after putting the lid on  turn on blender for 5-10 seconds 

Step 2: Adding the Flavor

Turn off the blender then open the blender, add all remaining ingredients then put the lid on then blend till smooth.

Step 3: Conclusion

Now you can hit the gym or go on a jog.
