Introduction: How to Make a Self-Care Jar
This is to help anyone who is stressed or down.
Supplies
You will need:
A largeish jar
A bunch of small slips of paper
A cool pen
A stick of cinnamon (Or something else that smells good)
Some decorative things (Optional)
Step 1: Write on the Slips
Take your pen and slips of paper and on each one write something that you enjoy doing.
Examples:
Watching a movie
Reading a book
Going on a walk
Eating a snack
Painting a picture
Taking a relaxing bath
Calling a relative/ friend
Step 2: Put All of the Slips Into the Jar
Place all of the slips into the jar and add the stick of cinnamon.
Step 3: Seal the Jar and Decorate It
Close the jar and decorate it with the decorative supplies. (Optional)
Step 4: Enjoy!
Use this jar when you are stressed, bored, or just feeling down. To use it, take out a slip of papaer and do what it says to help you relax amd chill!
