Hi guys, this is my first instructable, I'm sorry about the crappy camera quality >.<,it will improve a bit throughout the tutorial. I hope you guys like it and please comment honest feedback if you have any:)

Step 1: You Will Need

Scissors (strong enough to cut a sponge)
A sponge
A paintbrush
The colour of your cake filling (I chose pink, you can also use paint or the filling but texta worked better for me)
Something to put the paint in
Brown paint (this will be your base colour)

Step 2: Cutting Your Sponge

Cut your sponge into a triangle.

Step 3: Getting Your Paint Ready

Squeeze brown paint into your container. You can use something else instead of paint but if you are using a yellow sponge, brown texta goes really bad with the yellow. Also, the paint does not have to be acrylic.

Step 4: Painting Your Cake

Paint the top, and half of your edges brown:)

Step 5: The Filling

Then colour in/paint the other half of the edges, your filling.

Step 6: Almost Done...

Then you can add any sort of topping you like:) I chose to just put little bits of sponge on the top of mine but you can do icing, a birthday candle, etc.
