How to Make the Perfect Tic-tac Toe Pound

i wanted to do this instructable because i see so many people with uneven lines..

Step 1: Materials

a ruler, a pencil, and a piece of paper. use these materials to help draw the lines.

Step 2: Draw Your Lines.

draw two vertical 4 inch lines with an inch in between them.

Step 3: Draw More Lines.

draw two more lines going horizontally over the other lines that are going vertical. draw the lines 4 inches with 1 inch in between them.

Step 4: Time to Play!

have fun playing!
