STEP 1: Parts and Materials You Will Need

I am sharing the parts and materials used in this video for your reference. THE LINKS I AM PROVIDING ARE NOT AFFILIATED.

Materials Required:

1. Battery Case(The mount comes with it): HERE

2. 3X M5 Bolts: Local Hardware Shop

3. 3X M5 Rivet nuts: Local Hardware Shop

4.10 AWG Silicone wires: Local Hardware Shop

5. XT-60 connector: Local Electronics Shop

6. Heat shrink tubing: Local Hardware Shop

Tools required:

1. Rivet nut wrench: Amazon(India) | Aliexpress(Global)

2. Screwdriver: Local Hardware Shop

3. Soldering Iron

4. Solder

5. Flux

STEP 2: Follow the Video for the Build Process

Follow the tutorial in the video for the build process and that's pretty much it!

Hi, great instructable but... How did you drill the holes for the Rivet nuts? It's impossible to get my drill into the frame triangle to drill perpendicular holes. CoGS
hi can i use a 10s 30a on a 18650, 65pcs? if yes can you pls help me how to configure the 18650? because i wronly bought the bms and the charger
Hello friend. So sorry for the late reply. No, you cannot use 10s 30a bms for 65 pcs because that would lead to 6.5 cells in parallels per series, which is not possible. But you can go for 60 pcs configuration for 10s6p battery configuration. I have attached some configurations that might help.
