Introduction: How to Prepare for a 4 Mile Walk

These steps will help you get ready for a 4 mile walk!

Step 1: Get Any Type of Shoes With Foam

Get a pair of shoes that are comfortable to walk in which usually have foam in them

Step 2: Wear Appropriate Clothes

Wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothes like if it’s hot wear athletic shorts and a T-Shirt

Step 3: If You Have Long Hair Put It in a Pony Tail

If you have longer hair I would put it up, so it isn’t so hot and you don’t have hair in your face.

Step 4: PLENTY OF WATER!!!

This is one of the most important steps! Water keeps you hydrated and ready to go!

Step 5: Stretch

Make sure you stretch BEFORE and AFTER! Stretching will make sure your muscles are tight and ready to go!
