Introduction: How to Super Size Your LEGOs!

About: I like LEGO, Robots, programming, coding, minecraft, math and ...

How to make LEGO that is 4 times as big as normal LEGO, I wanted to make this for a while and the big vs small challenge provided the perfect opportunity.

Each stud on a plate or brick is 4x4 in lego studs. The plates are 4 plates tall(excluding studs) and 6 plates tall(including studs), an the bricks are 4 bricks(excluding studs) and 4 bricks 2 plates(including studs). The bricks have most of the same functionality of normally scaled bricks although the friction between bricks is lacking. 2x2 bricks and plates have a center anti stud that can be placed on top of a 1x1 brick or plate.

Supplies

Lots of LEGO, you do not need the exact bricks in the pictures, just make sure you build the shapes shown from plates/bricks.

Step 1: 1x1 Plate

you do not need to follow exactly, just make the shape shown and follow the pictures

Step 2: 1x2 Plate

Build the shape shown, it does not matter what parts you use.

Step 3: 2x2 Plate

Build the shape shown, this is one of the tricky ones.

Step 4: 1x1 Brick

The bricks follow the plates, build the first frame then add 3 layers of bricks then the tiles and studs

Step 5: 1x2 Brick

The bricks follow the plates, build the first frame then add 3 layers of bricks then the tiles and studs

Step 6: 2x2 Brick

The bricks follow the plates, build the first frame then add 3 layers of bricks then the tiles and studs

Step 7: Some Builds I Made

I made these from 2 1x1 plates, 2 1x2 plates, 1 2x2 plate, 1 1x1 brick, 1 1x2 brick and 1 2x2 brick.

the first one is sort of a scorpion thing, the second is a mushroom/tree, third is the most compact way to store them, fourth is an office chairI(boss throne if you know turbo dismount) and a hill or something

I would love to see what you guys make from this, feel free to post any questions, tips or comments below and if you enjoyed, vote in the big vs small contest!
