STEP 3: Add Eggs
Crack 3 eggs and add into the pan without busting any yolks. Using the corner of the spatula, break the membrane holding the white together. After that lower the heat to the middle of low and medium(1/4). Then add salt and pepper evenly on the Eggs(see photos, as much salt as pepper). With corner of spatula, pop any bubbles that format while cooking
STEP 4: Flip
After the white is 3/4 cooked (approx 1.5 minutes), cut the eggs apart with the spatula(If any egg sticks to spatula wipe off with napkin or paper towel). Then, in order to flip the eggs, wiggle the spatula underneath the yolk, then lift the egg and then drop other off the spatula upside-down(see photos 3, 4, and 5). Repeat on all the eggs.
STEP 5: Finish Eggs
After flipping the eggs, use the spatula and press down around the yolks while cooking for approx. 30 seconds, then turn off the eye and dump the eggs onto your plate. Then cover with a paper towel to keep warm. If eggs are all you want clean up and enjoy! If you like the instructable and/ or the eggs are good, please vote for me in the eggs contest.
STEP 6: Fry Toast
Still here? Awesome.
Return eye to slightly below medium and melt/spread 0.5 tablespoons of butter again. Add 1 piece of toast to pan, cook for approx. 45 seconds, or until bottom is golden brown, then flip piece of bread, wipe up excess butter with bread than remove from pan. Turn eye to 1/4 and repeat for second piece of bread(if desired). Turn off eye and add toast to plate, then cover plate.

i normally gently flick the hot fat over the top of the yolk to seal it in and cook the top side as opposed to flipping, does a much nicer job and doesn't spoil the yolk bubble. but i also tend to eat all the white and then eat the yolk whole, its so nom wen it melts/bursts in the mouth :)

I used to add the salt and pepper after cooking, but long ago I realized that your way (while cooking) was better.
Good Job!
