Intro: How to Cook Amazing Fried Eggs

This is a guide to cooking amazing, delicious, fried eggs.

STEP 1: Gather Ingredients

For this meal you will need
3 eggs
2 pieces of bread
approx. 1.5 tablespoons
salt
pepper
a non-stick frying pan
a spatula

STEP 2: Melt Butter

Turn cooking eye to a little bit below medium, then add approx. 0.5 tablespoons of butter. P
Spread with the spatula and lean pan around for an even spread until completely melted.

STEP 3: Add Eggs

Crack 3 eggs and add into the pan without busting any yolks. Using the corner of the spatula, break the membrane holding the white together. After that lower the heat to the middle of low and medium(1/4). Then add salt and pepper evenly on the Eggs(see photos, as much salt as pepper). With corner of spatula, pop any bubbles that format while cooking

STEP 4: Flip

After the white is 3/4 cooked (approx 1.5 minutes), cut the eggs apart with the spatula(If any egg sticks to spatula wipe off with napkin or paper towel). Then, in order to flip the eggs, wiggle the spatula underneath the yolk, then lift the egg and then drop other off the spatula upside-down(see photos 3, 4, and 5). Repeat on all the eggs.

STEP 5: Finish Eggs

After flipping the eggs, use the spatula and press down around the yolks while cooking for approx. 30 seconds, then turn off the eye and dump the eggs onto your plate. Then cover with a paper towel to keep warm. If eggs are all you want clean up and enjoy! If you like the instructable and/ or the eggs are good, please vote for me in the eggs contest.

STEP 6: Fry Toast

Still here? Awesome.

Return eye to slightly below medium and melt/spread 0.5 tablespoons of butter again. Add 1 piece of toast to pan, cook for approx. 45 seconds, or until bottom is golden brown, then flip piece of bread, wipe up excess butter with bread than remove from pan. Turn eye to 1/4 and repeat for second piece of bread(if desired). Turn off eye and add toast to plate, then cover plate.

STEP 7: Clean!

Don't forget to clean! Let pan cool while putting away stuff then clean and put up the pan and spatula.

STEP 8: Drink...

Pour yourself some water, milk, juice, ect.

STEP 9: ENJOY!

Now enjoy your amazing breakfast and then clean up when done. Good job!

Have a good day and God Bless!

I usually turn off the heat after flipping and let it sit maybe 10-15 seconds to keep the yolks more runny

no dont flip D: u ruinds thems *hiss*

does it ruin them because their all hard? because these have solid yet still moist white, and a completely liquid yolk.

i normally gently flick the hot fat over the top of the yolk to seal it in and cook the top side as opposed to flipping, does a much nicer job and doesn't spoil the yolk bubble. but i also tend to eat all the white and then eat the yolk whole, its so nom wen it melts/bursts in the mouth :)

You can cook them however you like, but this way doesn't ruin the yolk and is easier. I also like to eat the like that. Also, the ones in the picture are slightly overdone since I had to take pictures during the cooking process.

yea can imagine trying to take pics and cook at the same time can be a problem XD

You like them "sunny side up", many like them "over easy".

Nothing is ruined.

hehe its all a matter of preference :)

I like the way you divided them before flipping. I usually cook just one egg in a little iron skillet, but I'll try your way next time I need to make more.

I used to add the salt and pepper after cooking, but long ago I realized that your way (while cooking) was better.

Good Job!
