Intro: How to Fillet Codfish Video

This video starts with catching the codfish, but most of the video covers filleting the codfish that we caught that day. Icebergs and a beautiful day made for an exciting and productive time. We froze most of the cod filets for later use, but Frank "split" and salted the largest codfish for a wintertime treat.
