How to Get a Pick Out of a Guitar.
Intro: How to Get a Pick Out of a Guitar.
I was suprised that with all the instructables on guitars, there is not a single one that shows how to fix the inevitable... the pick in the guitar accident.
STEP 1: Stuff You Need...
Here's th short list of materials you will need for this...
1 chopstick
1 roll of masking tape/invisible/industrial tape
1 chopstick
1 roll of masking tape/invisible/industrial tape
STEP 2: Putting Together the "tool"
Here, you construct the "tool" you will be using fo get the pick out.
First, get the tape and make a small loop with the sticky part on the outside.
Second, cover the entire end of the chopstick with the sticky part on the outside.
Next, make a "umbrella" to go on the end.

STEP 3: Getting the Pick Out.
Here is the (somewhat) tricky part...
Grab your tool and stick it inside the sound hole.
Firmly plant as much of the end onto the face of the pick.
Pull up SLOWLY. Be sure to not hit the sides, or it will fall.
Fit it through the strings and...
Congratulations! You got the pick out!!

STEP 4: Play to Your Heart's Content!
Now that you got the pick out, there are several things that will happen...
You won't have to deal with that irritating noise that it makes,
You now have one more pick that won't go to waste,
The pick won't scratch the inside of your guitar,
and you didn't have to take out a single string :D
...however, this guitar already had a broken string, and I have done this before with the strings. Just keep in mind that there are other ways to do this, so if you don't like my idea, then that is just fine.
Peace out, ROCK ON!!!
