Ingredients : Chopped dates 2 cups Maida 1 cup Warm milk 1 cup Cocoa powder 1/4 cup Sugar 1 cup Butter 100 grams salt pinch of Baking powder 1/2 spoon Melted dark chocolate

Method:

In a bowl add the warm milk and dates together and soak it for 10-15 minutes.Then grind it and make a paste.In a another bowl add the butter and sugar and mix it.Now add the dry flours and salt,baking powder and mix them all together.After that add the eggs and beat them well.Then add the dates paste and again beat them and make a smooth paste.Now cake batter is done and pour the batter into the cake baking pan and bake it for 35-40 minutes in 180 degree centigrade.Make sure your oven should be pre heated for 10 minutes. Once the cake is done let it cool and transfer the cake into a plate.Then pour the melted dark chocolate over the cake and spread it evenly.Then decorate with some dry dates over the cake or you could decorate as your choice.This is a very soft and moist cake and very healthy.I am sure you will love it.Try this beautiful cake for your kids,family and friends at your home and i am sure they will appreciate you a lot.
