How to Make GIMP2 Circle Art

ok heres what you will need...
GIMP2
http://paint.net
time
and a little creativity

Step 1:

open gimp2 and select file> new>ok

Step 2:

select blend and a hue set

Step 3: OPTIONAL

use the airbrush to create diffrent effects

Step 4: Save It!!!!
