STEP 9: Glue 2 Ends of the Strap Onto the 2 Brackets.

STEP 10: Cut the Flower and the Pink Headband, Then Glue Them Onto the Head Like the Picture.

STEP 11: Cut the Blue Bow, Eyes, Pink Cheeks, Mouth and Glue Them Onto the Head.
