How to Make Miss La Sen Pinwheel

Step 10: Roll the Rectangle Into a Pipe to Hold a Distance Between the Holder of the Pinwheel and the Pinwheel in Order That It Can Rotate.

Step 11: Pierce the Zinc String Into the Holder and Twist the String Around the Holder
