Here in Norway a typical thing to do is to go on a Cabin Trip with friends or family and stay away from the rest of the world for a few days.

In our cabin trip we decided to bake something fun and cozy! These butter cookies are super easy and super fun to make since you can shape them as you want! And let's be honest, who doesn't like a good cookie with a cup of tea while sitting next to the fire place?

Ingredients:

  • 250g Flour
  • 120g Sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 eggs

(Goes to the oven at 180ºC for 20 min)
