Intro: How to Make Rosemary Tea


Rosemary is a japanese herb it is extremely healthy it has long been treated to cure cancer, baldness, cold and flu, epilepsy, insomnia, anxiety, depression, dehydration, amnesia, anger issues, bipolar, aspergers syndrome, hallucinations, schizophrenia and stress. Though for many it may take a long period of months to take full effect.





STEP 1: You Will Need

1 full branch of organic rosemary


1 teapot


4 cups of boiled water


1 teaspoon of honey

STEP 2: Method

1. Pluck the leaves off the branch of the organic rosemary and put them into the teapot. (Don't allow any leaves to fall out of the teapot during the process).


2. After the water is fully boiled, pour it out of the jug and into the teapot.


3. Put the Honey into the teapot.


4. Allow to brew for 15 minutes.
