Introduction: How to Make a Gopro Pole Mount With a Lacrosse Shaft
I will show you how to make a Gopro mount out of a Lacrosse Shaft and the square mount the Gopro comes with.
Step 1: Materials
You will need
A lacrosse shaft
2 strong zip ties
the Gopro original stand (its the stand that the Gopro's hooked up to when you first buy it)
sand paper
wire cutters
and hockey tape
Step 2: Taping the Shaft
Wrap tape all around the top and bottom of the shaft (bottom for grip)
Step 3: Cutting the Stand
With the wire cutters cut the stand out in a rectangle shape with notches for the zip ties.
Look at the picture for help
Sand the sharp edges down with the sand paper
Step 4: Zip Tying It On
Using the notches a guide lines zip the zip ties around the shaft and stand.
Using the wire cutters cut the excess zip tie off and sand them till smooth.
Step 5: Done
Attach the Gopro and now you got a sturdy, cheap and effective Gopro mount.
