Step 1: Building Process
Our first process in building our chair was start off with exactly six T Pieces. Using the two open sides of the tee piece we took the 12.5 inch pipes, bent them using the PVC bender, and then connected it all around the tee pieces. On the inside of our chair we didn’t add any pipes.
Step 2: Building Process
Taking the six 18.8 inch pipes, we stacked each pipe on top each tee piece to form part of the bottom. If you were to take a look at the chair from a front side view, the two pieces to the right are connected by a tee side outlet. Also the left two sides are connected by a tee side outlet. The front piece is connected by a tee piece, and the back piece is connected by a cross piece.
Step 3: Building Process
With our six bent 8.5 inch PVC pipes, we connected the two T side outlets with a pipe on the right, and did the same thing on the left. In between the two T side outlets in the front we placed two more 8.5 inch pipes on each side of the tee piece, connecting them to each T side outlet. We repeated the same process on the back side except for the fact that we used a cross to connect the pipes from cross to both T side outlets.
Step 4: Building Process
On the left side we added a cap and on the right side we added a three inch PVC pipe then a cap. Taking our three feet pipe we bent, we connected each T side outlet to its corresponding T side outlet. We repeated the same process for the back two T side outlets. After that we stacked three inch PVC pipes on top of the back left T side outlet, the back middle cross, and the back right T side outlet. Then using three cross pieces we put them on top of each three inch pipe.
Step 5: Building Process
After we connected each cross piece together we used two 12 inch bent pieces. At the end of the right piece we added a PVC cap. At the end of the left cross piece we added a three inch PVC pipe then a PVC cap. Doing a similar job we did before, we took three 7 inch PVC pipe and stacked them on top of the cross pieces. At the other end of each 7 inch pipe we added three more cross pieces. In between those cross pieces we added two more bent 12 inch PVC pipe.
Step 6: Building Process
On the right side of the cross we added a cap and on the left side of the cross we added a 3 inch PVC pipe then a cap. Next we stacked our last three 7 inch PVC pipes on top of those cross pieces. On the top left we added a tee piece and cap combo. In the middle we added a cross piece and cap combo and on the right we used a tee piece, added a 3 inch PVC pipe then added a cap. Our last step was to add our last two 12 inch bent PVC pipes and connected each side from cross to tee piece on the right. And from cross to cross on the left.
