How to Make a Crash Test at Home!

Have you ever wanted to make a crash test but without the expensive equipment? Well, in this instructable, I will tell you how to make a crash test with nothing more than 2 cars and a camera. Oh this **** thing won't let me put image notes.

Step 1: Things You Need

- 2 toy cars (I used my lego dragster and a stolen fire truck from my little sister)
- a camera or camcorder( not included)

Step 2: Positions, Please!

Place the cars about a meter apart. That way the car you are pushing has room to accelerate. Oh, and make sure the cars are lined up so you can hit the car dead on.For the camera, you can place it behind the car if you want the cars to hit it, or beside the "victim" car for how the car responds.

Step 3: Go!

Push the first car towards the second car. It should hit it, if you aligned them correctly. Oh, turn on the camera and record before you do that.Here's a video of my brother's crash test...He took out the camera!

Step 4: Using Other Materials

Another of my brother's videos. The voice in the background is his mum teaching his little sister. You see, he used a empty egg carton, a stolen toy fire truck, and a open box.There are lots of materials you can use. I hope you enjoy my instructable!
