STEP 1: How to Make It...

Ok so you will need the following:
-A cork
-1.5 litre water bottle
-0.5 litre water bottle
-A valve that you can open and close whenever you like(go to the drug shop and ask i'm sure youl find it, ask for a small one.
-bicycle tube
-thin tube(motorbike fuel line tubes)
-scizors
-A cardboard tube( i used plastic, because i had it :P)

start by removing the valve(Not the drug shop one) from the bike tube

Put another tube on the other side of the valve from drug shop

make a hole at the bottom of small bottle(0.5 litre) and insert the tube there, and put the Tap of the big bottle on it(with the tube in it)

Put the cork in the small bottle

And the carboard pipe, make sure it doesnt touch the cork!!!
https://www.instructables.com/files/deriv/FTC/V48V/FQMXEPK1/FTCV48VFQMXEPK1.MEDIUM.jpg

Get a bike pump, and start pumping the schraeder valve(i usually put 4 bar pressure, that gives me 200 feet of range with the cork ), oh and close the drug shop valve!!!

You can attach the small bottle on top of the big bottle with a thick rubber band(if you want)

And it should look something like this

Now after it has 4 bar pressure, point at your target, and open the drug shop valve :)
WARNING: DO NOT POINT AT PEOPLE OR ANIMALS!!!
BEWARE, IT HAS A KICKBACK, AND SMALLER CHILDREN MIGHT BE AFECTED BY IT!!!

oh and try not to loose the cork...

And for night fun, you know those fishing chemichal light tubes?, make a hole on the cork and stick one there, it reminds me of plasma guns :)

Ok so be safe, and have fun!!! I fyou make another version of this let me know!
