How to Make a Glass From Beer Bottle

Do you know that you can make a glass or cup from any beer or wine bottle? It's only take 10-20 minutes to make one by your self. Let do it.

Step 1: Step 1: Preparing

What you need:

- an empty beer or wine bottle

- a hand driller with cutting blade and sanding head

- a mask for your safety as when cutting the bottle, it'll generate a lot of dust.

And you're good to go

Step 2: Step 2: Cut the Bottle

Using electrical tape to mark the bottle at the point you want to cut it. The tape also will help to reduce the damage to the glass when you cut it. Then, using the hand driller with cutting blade to cut the bottle. You will need to add some water to reduce the glass dust. It takes 5-7 minutes to cut the bottle into two part, wanted glass and bottle neck. You can keep the neck part for later use.

Step 3: Step 3: Sanding the Glass' Edge

You got your glass now, but it's very sharp at the edge. You need to smooth it before use it.

Step 4: Final Product

After 10-20 minutes, you have your DIY glass from a wine bottle.
