Introduction: How to Make a Mini Strapless Lace Dress

This versatile belted and laced dress would be perfect to go clubbing, a dinner or even prom! As you all might know, I'm a big fan of pink, but you can definitely make it in another color. 

Step 1: You Will Need

Fabric: Lycra or jersey, Lace.
Measuring tape.
Chalk.
Pins.
Sewing machine.
Scissors.
Elastic band.

Step 2: First Step

Let's start by making the Top.

Picture #1 and Picture #2: First measure the width, in this case 42 cm.

                                               Primero mide el ancho del top, en este caso es de 42 cm.


Picture #3: Then cut the fabric

                    Luego corta la tela


Picture #4 and Picture #5: Make sure tu pin together the fabric, to make sure when you have to sew.

                                               Asegúrate de asegurar la tela con los alfileres, para luego coser


Picture #6: Fold the fabric as you can see in the picture

                    Dobla la tela como puedes ver en la imagen


Picture#7: And safe the fabric with pins.

                   Y asegura con alfileres un extremo de la tela.


Step 3: Second Step

Now let's make the skirt.

Picture #8: measure the length you want and the width has to be the double of your size (waist) 

                     mide el largor que deseas que sea el vestido, y el ancho debe ser el doble de tu talla (cintura)


Picture #9 and Picture #10: Pin the fabric and then sew it together

                                                  Asegura la tela y pincha la tela para luego coser

Picture #11: Cut the excedent fabric

                      Luego corta el excedente de tela

Picture #12 and Picture #13: grab the lace and cut according to the skirt, to have the same measurements  

                                                     ahora con el encaje mide y corta de acuerdo a la falda.

Picture #14 and Picture #15: Then sew the lace

                                                     Luego cose el encaje

Picture #16: place the lace and fabric like you see in the picture and safe with pins the elastic band.

                       coloca el encaje y la tela como puedes ver en la imagen y asegura con alfileres la banda elástica.

Picture #17: Then safely sew the elastic and fabrics

                       Luego cuidadosamente cose el elástico y la tela juntos

Picture #18: Would look like this :)

                      Te quedará así :)

Step 4: Third Step

The last Part!


Picture #19 and Picture #20: Now unite the top and skirt, and then sew

                                                     Unir el top y la falda para luego coser


Picture #21 and Picture #22: Add a belt with the lace, right on the waist line :)

                                                     Agrega un cinto con el encaje, bien en la línea de la cintura :)
