Cut the end of the balloon.

Step 2: Step 2

Cut the top of the bottle .

Step 3: Step 3

Now tie the balloon to the top of the bottle .You can tie the balloon with thread.

Step 4:

DO NOT SHOOT AT ANY HUMANS OR ANIMALS because it really hurts.
