How to Make an 11/32 Arrow Shaft Using a 3/8 Inch Hardware Store Dowel

In this video I show you how to make an 11/32 inch arrow shaft out of a 3/8 inch poplar wooden dowel you can get at any hardware store.  

You will need:
a 1/4 inch piece of steel 
a drill
a 23/64 drill bit
a 1/4 inch drill bit
a table vice and some small files
a 3/8 inch wooden dowel
