How to make guacamole:

1. cut avocado into quarters
2. peel away skin.
3. put it in a bowl and mash it with a fork
4. add salt

You can add some onions, peppers, etc. or just whatever you think makes it taste good! Have fun!

for more flavor you can add your favourite salsa and/or a can of Rotel. also garlic. Fresh lime juice will prevent browning.
