Step 1: Needed Materials

4 three inch pvc pipes 
2 90 degree pvc pipe connector
1 T pvc pipe connector

Step 2: Make an Extension to the T Connector With the Smallest Pvc Pipe at the Base and Two 3 Inch Pvc Pipes at Either End

Step 3: Add the Two 90 Degree Pvc Connectors at the End of the 3 Inch Pipes

Step 4: At Open End of 90 Degree Connectors Place the Remaining Two 3 Inch Pvc Pipes
