How to Obtain Origami Paper From Tetrapack Bricks

These are the instructions for recycle Tetrapack packaging. The result paper could be used in origami, handicrafts, paper works, etc

Step 1: First Step

Collect packs and wash .

Step 2: Step 2

Flat the package and cut the union

Step 3: Step 3

Cut the union of package

Step 4: Step 4

Open the paper, Maybe you want to wash again the paper

Step 5: Step 5

Put the cardboards in a plastic container, then put boiling water to cover all the cardboards. Then you can put some heavy object to left the cardboars at the bottom. Left the water 10 to 15 seconds

Step 6: Step 6

Take the cardboar out of the water, and then release the aluminum-plastic layer off the cardboard. The thickness of aluminium-plastic layer depends of the temperature and time inside the water.
Then we get the tetrapack recicled paper.

Step 7: Step 7

Repeat step 5 and 6 for the paper-plastic layer

Step 8: Tips

Irregular layer: its because the cardboard was too much time inside the water

Step 9: Tip 2

The edges of the cardboard could rip because the layer is thin, be carefull
