STEP 1: Materials

You need Scissors, Cheeto, lighter.

STEP 2: Step 1: Cut the Cheetos Ends Off.

Straight forward as it sounds.

STEP 3: Step 2: Smoke It

I seen people on Youtube do this, it is hilarious.
