Salt is good!? Salt is bad!?

If you like me are into a salt-free diet, or you just try to eat less salt, this recipe is going to be helpful!

Click to see the video recipe

Step 1: Buy a Stock of Organic Fresh Beautiful Celery

You don't need the leaves, so its even better to buy a celery without the leaves

Step 2: Cut the Celery

Wash your celery and cut it in small peaces

Step 3: Dehydrate It

Dehydrate it in a dehydrator or an oven on the lowest temperature for 35 hours if you want to keep your celery salt raw,

otherwise dry it at higher temperature and watch it so it doesn't burn.

Step 4: Grind It

In a regular blender your dried celery turns into a salty dust

Step 5: Enjoy

Sprinkle it onto your salad or any dish and enjoy!

what we need in our diet is sodium and minerals, they are found in plants, veggies, fruits, no diet is "salt-free", but some people including me prefer the natural sources of sodium instead of consuming the processed product "salt"

Very nice! I've never had celery salt, but now I'm curious. I'll have to try this sometime!
