What to do when you don't have a corkscrew.
You need : a screw, a screwdriver and a clamp.

Step 1:
Aims the scew in the cork.
Step 2:
Use your clamp to pull the screw with the cork. (It will open your bottle)
Step 3:
Pull hard as you can.
Step 4:
Enjoy your wine!!!

Oh by the way - it you put the screw in the centre of the pliers, down at the cutters and close them on it loosely then pull it like a normal corkscrew (screw in the middle two fingers either side) it's dead easy.

The most desperate methods, I think, are pushing the cork into the bottle or otherwise using a tree (really! thumping the bottom against the trunk).
