Step 1:

Using the bolts and locknuts, bolt the bracket to the upper rear holes of the bumper and hand tighten it.

Step 2:

Put the 1/2" bolts through the bracket and bumper flange. Tighten it with a wrench using a washer on the bottom of the bracket and top flange.

Step 3:

Tighten the rear bolts using an Allen Wrench and a Wrench.

Step 4:

Put the light in the bumper and place it in the bracket.

Step 5:

Set the angle of the light that you want and tighten the bolts.
