Supplies
Materials/ Tools
Flexible 4” plastic duct
Stick or piece of dowel
Battery operated light string, 2 AA Batteries
Scissors
wire cutters
Hot glue gun
Acrylic paint, brush
Step 1: PREPARATION
Cut a piece of duct. I used 24 inches fully stretched out.
Install the batteries and switch on the light string. Stuff it through the duct.
Cut a notch in what will be the bottom for the wire to exit. Leave the battery box outside the duct.
Bring the ends of the duct together and hot glue together.
Hot glue the battery box to the bottom making sure it can be opened to change batteries and the switch is accessible.
Step 2: COMPLETION
Paint the stick to resemble a stem and hot glue it to the top.
